- Succeeding distances are shot increasing the plate size (i.e. 15yds shot w/5" plates, 20yds - 6", etc)

Speed Steel Plate Pistol
Basic Objective: To shoot each of the 5 plates as quick as possible
- All shooters are to meet in the club house for pre-match meeting by the match director
- Shooters to sign up for one or two events that they will shoot and pay match fees for each gun. Only two events per shooter. Two guns total
- Shooters will receive one score card for each gun they will be shooting
- Shooters to fill out each score card with their name and event to be shot
- Shooters will be matched by squad. Squads should be of equal shooters
- Each squad must pick a range officer and a score keeper
- Squad range officer - Pick up a bucket and proceed with your squad to assigned range
- Shooters are to give score cards to their squads score keeper upon arriving at their first range for competition. Score keepers are to record and total each shooters runs and final total. Other shooters are to share score keeping and range officer responsibilities when these two are up to shoot. Plates are to be painted between shooters. Don't try to be a Rembrandt, paint shot spots only
- Score keepers are to turn in totaled score cards at the club house for input to determine event 1st and 2nd place winners, and awards
- All guns are to be holstered or bagged when a shooter is thru with each run with gun pointed down range. If gun is not holstered, it must be brought to the line each time in a bag/box/case. Before proceeding to the first event, shooters are to holster at the designated safe bench, or at their first starting station at the direction of the range officer for that range
- Guns are to be holstered or bagged at all times. No exceptions
Bowling
Pin Pistol(New Format)
Sign up for this match must be completed no later than the start of each match at 0930.
No shooter may sign up after the start time of each match, no exceptions.
A matrix is used to conduct the match and once the shoot begins the matrix can not be changed.
No exceptions, don’t ask, just be on time.
Four tables will be set up on the bowling pin range with all pins set to the back.
There will be two classes, 8 round, and 6 round, both with any type sight.
This allows revolvers to compete with semi-auto with down loaded magazines.
There is no reloads, and any pistol 9mm and larger may be used.
After the center fire and revolver events, we will shoot .22cal at cut bowling pin tops placed
in the front position on the tables Format will be same as centerfire, but with 10rds.
The match will be conducted using a round robin format with each shooter shooting two tables against each shooter.
One point will be awarded and scored on your score card for each table that is won and 1/2 point for a tie.
-Winner is determined by which shooter gets all five pins on the ground first.
- If after both shooters have fired their number of rounds, and both shooters have pins on their tables
the shooter with the fewest pins on the table is the winner of that round.
- If both shooters have the same amount of pins on their table, the shooter with the fewest pins standing wins.
- If both shooters have the same number of pins on their table, and the same number standing, then it is scored as a tie table.
It is suggested that each shooter bring at least 200 rounds for each event you will be entering and
depending on how many shooters compete, you could shoot over 200 rounds.
We will conduct the match using 2 separate groups A & B. Each group will shoot a round robin format.
The winner of each group will then have a two table shoot off to determine the first and second place winners of each event.
Entry fees are as follows:
Center fire: $10.00 per class, per gun
Rim fire: $8.00 per gun
Cash prizes will be paid to the first and second place shooters of each event.
** Any round that the range officer feels to be unsafe will not be allowed usage at pin matches.
If disallowed for usage, the shooters entrance fee will be refunded.
No full metal jacketed bullets are allowed and it is suggested that a minimum power factor of 136 be used.
The use of shooting glasses with wrap around or side protection is mandatory.
